All prescriptions are now submitted electronically to your nominated pharmacy. We will issue a repeat prescription unless you are advised otherwise. You do not need to request your prescription again from us until your pharmacy advise you they need a new one.
If you are on regular medication you can order your repeat prescription by email by filling in your details using the form on this page.
Please ensure to include the names and doses of each medication, and your nominated pharmacy in the message box and click submit. For private patients a pre-payment of €25.00 is required to process your prescription request, please ring 091.582321.
You can also order your repeat prescription by phone.
Please allow 48 hours before collecting your prescription from your pharmacist.
